30-Year-Old Man Fatally Stabbed by Live-In Partner’s Husband in Udaipur: Police Report

Jaipur: A 30-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by his live-in partner’s husband on Sunday afternoon in Rajasthan’s Udaipur district, police reported.

The incident occurred in the Paaneriya ki Madari area, where Jitendra Meena, a resident of Dungarpur district, lived in a rented room with his live-in partner, Dimple (25), according to Station House Officer (SHO) Bharat Yogi.

CCTV footage reportedly captured Dimple and her husband, Narsi, fleeing the scene after stabbing Jitendra. SHO Yogi stated, "Jitendra worked as a compounder at a private hospital where Dimple is employed as a nurse. She was allegedly present when her husband stabbed him."

The accused couple, also from Dungarpur district, are currently on the run, and police are making efforts to apprehend them. The motive behind the murder is expected to be clarified after the accused are interrogated. Jitendra’s body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
