The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, which includes the standard Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, is rumored to be in development. Ahead of its expected launch later this year, benchmark scores for the base model in Samsung’s upcoming tablet lineup have surfaced online. The device is reportedly powered by a Samsung Exynos chipset, delivering a 32% performance boost compared to its predecessor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE Benchmark Scores Leaked

A device with the model number SM-X520 has appeared on Geekbench (via GSMArena). While it doesn’t carry an official name, this device is speculated to be the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE. It features an octa-core chipset with an ARM v8 architecture, including four efficiency cores clocked at 1.95GHz, two mid-cores capped at 2.60GHz, and one prime core running at 2.91GHz.

The purported Galaxy Tab S10 FE is listed with approximately 7.49GB of RAM, which may be rounded up to 8GB in the base model upon launch. It is shown to run Android 15 and features a motherboard with the identifier “s5e8855”. Previous leaks suggest this could be the Exynos 1580 chipset, a 4nm processor launched by Samsung Foundry in October 2024 as the successor to the Exynos 1480.

The benchmark scores provide insight into the tablet’s performance. In the Geekbench 6.4.0 test for Android AArch64, it scored 1,349 in single-core and 3,882 in multi-core tests. By comparison, the current Galaxy Tab S9 FE scores around 1,013 in single-core and 2,944 in multi-core tests, indicating a 32% performance improvement.

Details about the launch timeline for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series remain unclear. Notably, Samsung has not strictly followed a yearly release cycle for its standard tablet models, with the Galaxy Tab S9 series debuting in July 2023 and its successor arriving in September 2024.
