Legendary Indian cricket team batter Sachin Tendulkar celebrated Holi with former teammates Yuvraj Singh, Ambati Rayudu, and Yusuf Pathan after their Indian Masters League (IML) semifinal victory. Yuvraj scored a brilliant half-century to lead his team to a dominant 94-run win over Australia, securing a spot in the IML final.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Sachin was seen celebrating Holi with his teammates. He even playfully splashed water on Yuvraj. The moment caught on camera shows Yuvraj in his room when Sachin knocked on the door. As soon as Yuvraj stepped out, Sachin splashed water on him. Sachin also applied colors on Rayudu and Yusuf Pathan during the celebrations.

In the match, after being invited to bat, India Masters relied on skipper Sachin Tendulkar’s 42-run innings before Yuvraj Singh’s explosive batting powered them to a formidable total of 220 for 7.

Despite the early dismissals of Ambati Rayudu (5) and Pawan Negi (11), Tendulkar held his ground, showcasing his timeless timing and elegance.

At the other end, Yuvraj made a strong start, smashing a massive six over midwicket to announce his presence. Ben Hilfenhaus struck, ending Tendulkar’s superb 30-ball knock, which included seven boundaries.

Yuvraj, however, was in vintage form. He accelerated the scoring rate, hitting Bryce McGain for three sixes in one over and completed a whirlwind 26-ball fifty. The onslaught continued as Yusuf Pathan entered the crease and launched a towering six over long-on. Stuart Binny ensured India Masters maintained the momentum, reaching 199 for 4 by the 18th over.

Despite their efforts to score big in the final two overs, Daniel Christian dismissed both Binny and Yusuf in quick succession, putting a brake on the scoring.

In response, Australia Masters’ chase was derailed early, with three quick wickets falling in the powerplay. Vinay Kumar initiated the collapse by removing the dangerous Shane Watson (5) cheaply, followed by Shaun Marsh (21).
